We keep as little as possible.
No name, no email, no photo
Signing in with Apple, Google or ChatGPT gives us an anonymous account ID from that service. We never store your name, email address or profile picture.
Your library stays yours
Without an account, your library and reading progress live only in this browser. Apple accounts keep them in your own iCloud, which we can't see. Google and ChatGPT accounts keep them in our database, linked only to the anonymous ID.
Public names are anonymous
Ratings and reviews appear under a display name you choose, or a handle like “Reader 4821” until you do.
No ads, no trackers
There are no ads, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. We set one cookie: a secure sign-in cookie that lasts up to 90 days. ChatGPT sign-in and our host's bot protection may set their own security cookies.
Counting views without tracking you
Chapter views are counted once per reader per day using a salted fingerprint that expires the next day. We don't keep IP addresses.
Delete everything, any time
Account → Delete account removes your account, sessions, library, reviews and follows from our servers. Apple readers can also clear the site's iCloud data in their Apple ID settings.
The details
Donations are handled entirely by Stripe on its own checkout page; we never see card details. The site is hosted on ChatGPT Sites (Cloudflare), which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Chapters after the first free ones need an account so we can keep translating; signing in only proves you have one, and the images are delivered encrypted to signed-in readers.
